So what did Toronto’s Mad Men have to say? Interactive marketing! Linda O’Connor of Ryan Design and long time colleague of Unikron’s, says buyers are educated when it comes to purchasing real estate and it is essential to provide information to savvy consumers in multiple media streams.

“We’re creating environments that are geared toward much more than just selling product and getting the consumer out the door,” says O’Connor.

As a vital part of Ryan Design’s team, Unikron has developed Touchscreen applications for many projects in the GTA including Canderel Stoneridge’s Aura and the Distillery District Clear Spirit development.

Video is playing a big part in shaping tomorrow’s Web. This is the third in a four-part series that takes you from video basics for your business Web site to high-definition success…

…Last but not least there is Unikron. All encompassing, Unikron offers video streaming in any format you desire. Whether it’s a customized Windows Media Player, Real Media, or Java-based playback, Unikron will create code that allows your viewers to access any and all types of media you produce without being redirected to another site. All you have to do is embed the code into your Web site and it will do the rest. Packages start at $33 and climb to $1,200 for 5 gigabytes of storage space. The site also offers a calculator if you’re unsure of how much bandwidth you will be using

The open H.264 standard is not going to be used only in Blue-Ray or HD-DVD, we will be able to encode online videos with the High Definition standard used in movies. With more consumer cameras in the market claiming or having real high definition, we will see better quality movies streaming in Flash, therefore your home-made videos are going to have better quality, even if you are a lousy camera operator.

Is YouTube going to be the next high definition provider with high definition content?, not likely, at least not in the short-term they will not rush to it, we will see different content provider that will jump to the boat right away, more movie trailers will be shown in high definition, and I bet you they will not be using the QuickTime player H.264 codec, but it will be widely accepted but all the iPhone users.

This Flash Player 9 update 3, features hardware accelerated, multi-core enhanced, full-screen video playback for high-resolution, this is big!, it is going to be able to play Full-Screen videos in your low end processor.Adobe Flash Media Server 3 will be available in January 2008. Adobe Flash Media Interactive Server 3 will be offered at $4,500. For single-server deployments, Adobe Flash Media Streaming Server 3 will be available at $995. Adobe Flash Player 9 Update 3 is available now for free download .
